Perfect bound printing is what you commonly see in paperback books, quality magazines brochures and company reports, this method uses adhesive along the spine to provide a smooth and classy finish. A quality product that cost-effective even in low quantities. Perfect for documents from 40 pages to 700 pages.
We have a comprehensive range of paper and finishes for you to choose from, with the added option of gloss and matt lamination. Silk, gloss or uncoated for your cover (250gsm to 350gsm), with gloss, matt or no lamination. We recommend matt lamination of your cover for a stand-out finish. Perfect bound books can be ordered in A4 portrait, 1/3 A4 portrait, A5 portrait or landscape or 210 x 210mm square as standard sizes or you can choose your own. Your inner text pages can be uncoated, silk or gloss and available in weights 100gsm to 150gsm.
Magno Satin coated paper is smooth to the touch with a discreet surface sheen. It offers excellent ink to paper contrast and printed colours appear clear and distinct. Paper weights available. Cover 250gsm – 350gsm; inner text 130gsm – 150gsm.
Magno Gloss coated paper has a shiny surface and a smooth finish. Ink dries quickly and lamination is not necessary. 130gsm – 350gsm
Premium uncoated paper has a whiter shade and a smooth finish. Ink dries quickly and lamination is not necessary. A recycled stock is also available. Cover 250gsm – 300gsm; inner text 100gsm – 120gsm.
Matt lamination gives a soft effect. Gloss lamination gives a quality shine. Lamination is good for solid colours or images and enhances their vibrancy. It also protects your printed documents and makes them last longer. Lamination is only available on stock over 250gsm.
