Neighbourhood cards are a great way to get you in the minds of the immediate neighbourhood in which you are working. While you are on site simply take 10 minutes to fill out the ‘We are working at…’ section and drop a card into the properties to the left, to the right and opposite to where you are working. On the card invite them to pop round while you are on-site, so you can answer any questions they may have.
You can address their concerns in the current situation of having people at their property by having the measures you will take over social distancing, hygiene etc printed on the back of the card. Of course they may not be ready right now, but seeing you have helped one of their neighbours will go a long way to building trust. They only have to ask your customer if you did a good job and whether they were happy with your service.
