Spread the word?
Neighbourhood cards are a great way to get you in the minds of the immediate neighbourhood in which you are working. While you are on-site, simply take 10 minutes to fill out the ‘We are working at…’ section and drop a card into the properties to the left, to the right and opposite to where you are working. On the card, invite them to pop round while you are on-site, so you can answer any questions they may have.
Of course they may not be ready right now, but seeing you have helped one of their neighbours will go a long way to building trust. The card will act as a long-term reminder, and they only have to ask your customer if you did a good job and whether they were happy with your service.
